On our website, you can buy digital publications (e-books). The product is delivered only in electronic form to the email address you have left in the order.
How to order
1. Choose the e-book
2. Click on “Buy”
3. Choose a payment method
4. After the order confirmation, the product will be delivered to your email address
Payment method and Delivery
Card payment (online)
Paying with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, DinaCard) allows for the instantaneous e-book delivery. After the transaction has been confirmed, you automatically get a download link in your email.
Payment by money order
In case you decide on a money order payment:
• Make a payment to our account (you get the details when you make an order)
• Send a proof of payment (the picture of the payment slip) to our email address
• After payment confirmation, the e-book will be sent to your email within 24 hours.
Refunds and Reclamations
Digital products and the right to withdrawal
Since it is a digital product that is instantly delivered, the buyer does not have the right to a refund after the product has been delivered, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Article 29, Paragraph 1, Item 5).

Conversion statement
All payments are made in Serbian dinars (RSD). If prices are listed in another currency, the amount charged to your card will be converted into dinars at your bank’s exchange rate.
